Although it can be a chore to visit the dentist, the experience at Dr. Coates’ office is always pleasant. The front office staff always greets me by name and cheerfully works to solve the invariable insurance issues that arise. Evelyn, my hygienist, remembers details about my life, even months later, and asks about them. Dr. Coates always checks in and offers advice about issues connected to overall health, not just dental health. Thank you to the staff for helping me to enjoy a trip to the dentist!

I’ve gone to Dr Coates since I’ve lived in Long Beach, over 25 years. My only dentist and he is the best! He keeps up with technology, is a good friend and and excellent dentist! He techs that clean you teeth are excellent as well!

Service with a smile from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly which always make for a great overall experience I also have to say that Evelin is one of the best hygienist I ever had and she does a great job every time 😊😊😊

Dr. Coates and his staff did an excellent job on implants. I highly recommend him for that service. Sandra, one of his hygienists, is my favorite. She’s been cleaning my teeth for years. She is outstanding. Overall, Dr. Coates is a great dentist.
